Zahara de la Sierras, Spain.

A few weeks ago I posted some shots around this town as I travelled through there on the motorbike. Today I went back with some 'real' cameras and lenses. Hope you enjoy the results.

More garden shots

Those of you who know me will know that plant/insect life is not my favourite or best subject but as I am leading a fairly sheltered life these past few weeks, that's the best I can do!

Spring is here for sure!

With blistering temperatures, and the Hoopoe getting me very excited this morning (see below) I spent a rewarding hour with my plants in the garden. I now have a sun burnt head to show for it as well as these photographs. Hope you enjoy!

This beetle was loving the pollen on this garden plant.

I am reliably informed that this beetle is Oxythyrea funesta (family Cetoniidae), so there!
